It takes a considerable investment of time and energy to become a Boston Whaler Master Dealer or Gold Dealer. This program has been carefully designed to establish uniquely high standards of performance and operating procedures, measuring dealerships against 170 stringent standards in Customer Service & Human Resources, Dealership Operations & Facilities, Sales Process, Service Process and Parts Process. In fact, to become a Master Dealer, they have to score over 96% of all possible points, and at least 90% to achieve the Gold Level.
