"I had a problem with an old ski of mine and I live abroad where there isn't any real help and knowledge. I called Jet ski of Miami and said I had a problem and I was more than happy to pay online for any advice they could give. they refused payment and spent 15 minutes going through the problem and solved the issue I had. Don't get that sort of service these days without heavy payment in return. So thanks guys. Sorry I didnt catch the guys name I spoke to. (Saturday around 3.30pm)"

"Bob Evans & Rolando Soto hands down gives the best customer support in the industry! I've called Bob broke down in the middle of the Caribbean Sea on a Saturday afternoon and he walked me through a repair. Rolando's knowledge of parts keeps my Boston Whaler 320 running in great condition. If your not calling these guys for service and parts then your not getting the best the industry offers."

"hace como cuatro meses lleve al barco mio que tenia problemas y no me queria arrancar. Ese fin de semana yo estaba en Miami y tenia planiando ir a pescar. Me recomendaron llevar al barco a JetSkiofMaimi y hable con un tal Osmany Fernandez. Consulte con el y me dijo que el trabajo demorava pero que el hiba intentar de ser todo posible para tenerlo listo lo mas antes posible. Al final de todo, Osmany cumplio con su palabra y logramos poder salir a pescar ese fin de semana sin problemas. Le recomendo el departamento de servico a todos porque saben lo que estan haciendo."

I myself was in the market for purchasing an older 1987 Chriscraft 22 centerconsole and was discussing it with My brother in law and Ozzy the service guy taking care of our issue. "I thought I had a problem with a repair that had just been done to my boat. Ozzy personally came to my home on a Sunday morning because he knew I had planned to go out fishing on the boat the next day. It turned out that their was no problem with the repair he pointed out my mistake and I was out fishing the next day .It's good to know ther really is still excellent customer service out their. I was just lucky enough to walk right into it at Jetski of Miami. I have never experienced the attention I was given when I called about my concern. They are all good people. "

I never thought about purchasing a Boston Whaler. Then I saw one at the FLL boat show. The layout of the 270 Dauntless sold me, sold itself. Jacquie Buchanan was spectacular as the salesperson. Javier is magic, a wealth of knowledge and skill at the service end. The whole team rocked. I looked and sea trialed many top tier boats and non matched the layout, customer service and finish of a Boston Whaler. This was pretty good huh, I should write the commercial: but it's all true. Ground schooled today. On point. Thank you team. The transition, I traded my previous boat, was seamless and equally painless. Looking forward to Friday (When I get the boat).....
